Responsibility Redefined

According to the NIAAA, more than half of all American adults consume alcohol beverages. In addition to morning after discomfort, social drinkers face a disturbing variety of long term health risks. For example, a study published in the March 2006 Oxford Medical Journal reported that 90 percent of patients with alcoholic liver disease were in a stable relationship, and drank socially with family, friends and work colleagues.

Our mission is to debunk widely accepted myths about social alcohol use, draw attention to the unreported health risks of alcohol toxicity to social drinkers, and encourage healthy and responsible lifestyle choices.
